We are delighted that you will be joining World Summit AI Amsterdam 2026 as a speaker!

VENUE
The Summit is taking place on the 7th and 8th of October, at Taets Art and Event Park, Middenweg 62 (Hembrugterrein), 1505 RK Zaandam, The Netherlands.
GETTING TO THE VENUE
- Coaches
Coaches will operate between Taets Art & Event Park and Central Amsterdam. The timetable will be shared closer to the event date.
- Arriving by car and parking
The venue offers free parking on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Taxi
You can use an Uber or a local taxi service. We recommend contacting any of the following:

5-minute drive from the venue.

REGISTRATION
As a speaker, you do not need to register for the Summit – we will handle this for you.
However, closer to the event, you will receive an automated email from our registration system asking you to review your details (as these will appear on your ticket). Please check everything carefully and accept the T&Cs to validate your ticket.
Your speaker pass will come through our registration system called Tito. If you haven’t received the email, please reach out to Ivana at ivana@inspired-minds.co.uk.
LUNCH AND REFRESHMENTS
Throughout the Summit, you will have access to the VIP Speaker Lounge. Lunch, drinks and refreshments are included during both days.

Information regarding the programme and timings is available here. Please note that your session time slot may change as the agenda evolves. If any changes occur, you will be notified in advance.
BRAND EXPOSURE OPPORTUNITIES
We’d like to encourage you to take part in the following marketing activities:
Speaker interview – written, which will go on our News Hub and socials
Summit video – 2-3 min, used for socials
A live fireside chat for our Community Hub – open to Hub members only, an opportunity to engage with our audience pre-summit. The recording will also live on the Hub so members can view at any time.
Pre-recorded interview with our Chief Content Officer – turned into a blog and used in socials as well.
PRESS & MEDIA
We’re coordinating media opportunities for World Summit AI and would love to include you. We have strong interest from international print, digital, broadcast and new‑media outlets, including podcasters. PRESENTATION FORMAT AND DEADLINES (IMPORTANT)
Slide submission deadline: Monday, 28th September
Format: Keynote or PowerPoint (16:9) with the attached fonts.
Please note that Google Slides and PDFs are not acceptable formats.
AV presentation Guidelines:
- If you plan to use any videos, please ensure they are embedded in the presentation.
- Presentations should also be brought with you on a USB as a backup.
- We strongly recommend using our provided laptop to minimise technical issues.
- If you prefer your own, please let us know in advance so we can confirm compatibility with AV.
Presentation rehearsals
We will offer speaker rehearsals so that you can check through your slides/videos with the AV team. Please note this is ONLY if you’re giving a presentation – rehearsals are not for panel discussions or fireside chats. We’ll share more information on how to book a rehearsal and exact time slots closer to the Summit.
