DELEGATE SALES EXECUTIVE

Inspired Minds are looking for an ambitious Delegate Sales Executive to be responsible for selling a series of large-scale global summits (Europe, Asia, North America) in a rapidly expanding portfolio within the AI/technology industry.

The successful candidate will be part of of an energetic, driven and fun atmosphere with strong leaders, knowledgeable mentors and bright peers.

Skills & Experience Required:

• 1 year minimum of sales experience within B2b events
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
• Confident, with an excellent telephone manner
• Proactive approach
• Ambitious and eager to learn
• A true team player, with a willingness to be a hands-on contributor with a positive
  attitude
• Commercially driven and hungry for a successful career in sales

Key Responsibilities:

• To generate delegate revenue and seek out new and existing leads to do this
• Engage with clients over the phone and developing lasting relationships
• Develop key relationships, especially with key customers to maximize revenues
• Maintain customer records daily, and update accordingly
• Ensure high levels of care and customer satisfaction
• Promptly follow up on marketing generated leads and enquiries with the goal to convert them
• Continuously expand cleanse the existing databases
• Ensure all targets, including revenue and daily/weekly productivity are met and exceeded
• Work closely with our internal production and marketing teams to provide detailed and thorough feedback about prospects and progress.
• To represent Inspired Minds professionally at all times
• Undertake any other duties as reasonably requested

Reporting To: Head of Delegate Sales

Salary: Basic + Commission (negotiable)

Location: London, Marylebone
